Millennials and Gen-Zers love to connect through humor and made-to-share visuals, so we transformed the brand’s classic packs into shareable M&M’S Messages. 34 unique designs and messages for everyday moments where chocolate plays a role (supported by data).

We doubled the expected sales numbers and the brand saw a +10% growth from the program.

We worked with ABC to create real-time commentary :15 ads during the Oscars using our bag’s messages. This one ran during the red carpet pre-show.

After the Oscars activation, we worked with YouTube’s “Director’s Mix” ad platform to create hundreds of customized pre-roll options for their most popular videos.

We also created contextual pre-roll ads across all social platforms that allowed us to highlight cultural moments in the calendar.
